Mark Elliott introduced the proposal for a new single-family residence at 426 Ruth Street and explained the roof and canopy arrangements. Commissioner (speaker 3) noted that on some elevations the canopies appear to stop in line with the brick and recommended, as in past reviews, that stone or trim returns be brought 'around the stone... like 6 to 8 inches' to reduce a harsh transition.
