The Land Bank and project representatives discussed site‑restoration work at 518 First Street on Sept. 21 after contaminated soil removal. Property owner Josh Compeau and his father Ed attended in person; Adam DeLonge of Melching, Inc. participated by Zoom and explained that testing had been completed in areas where contaminated soil was removed and that an updated report is being prepared.
