Rankin Borough Council voted Sept. 8 to adopt Ordinance 601, which replaces the borough's 2015 code with the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code. The ordinance was adopted after the required advertisement in Trib Total Media on Aug. 22, 2026 and carried on a unanimous vote.
