Committee Counsel Candace Kraus explained Committee Substitute for S.B. 810, which clarifies requirements for administration of anesthesia. With leave of the committee, Greg Foster (counsel, Board of Medicine), Dr. Justin James (President, West Virginia Association of Nurse Anesthesiology), and Dr. Amanda Deskins (Anesthesiologist, WV Society of Anesthesiologists) addressed the committee and responded to questions.
