Director of Planning & Development Services Paul Forgey presented revisions to the 2046 Comprehensive Plan recommended by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA). He told commissioners the county risks losing grant funding and other program support if the plan is not adopted, and staff believe many DCA concerns have been addressed ahead of DCA's final comments due June 9.
