At the Aug. 5 meeting Mayor Hammock read Ordinance No. 26-15 in full. Town Clerk Sarah Farthing presented the proposed 20-year franchise agreement with Atmos Energy (effective 2026 through 2046) under Section 9.02 of the Town of Hudson Home Rule Charter. The agreement preserves an annual reconciliation on March 1 and requires Atmos to continue remitting a 3% franchise fee quarterly on gross annual revenues within town limits.
