The Muskogee County Board of County Commissioners entered an executive session at 9:26 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2025 to discuss economic development matters related to "Project Springboard." Vice-Chairman Keith Hyslop moved to enter the executive session and Chairman Ken Doke seconded; the motion was recorded as unanimous.
