The Muskogee County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the CED2 CIRB plan update for 2026–2030 at its Feb. 24, 2025 meeting. Commissioner Keith Hyslop moved for approval; Chairman Ken Doke seconded the motion, and the board recorded the motion as approved.
