Plan Commission recommends conditional use permit for Aspirus community hospital site
The Plan Commission on Feb. 10 recommended a Conditional Use Permit (Resolution No. 2025-01) allowing Aspirus Health to construct a 22.1-acre community hospital on Lot 1 of CSM #6053; the public hearing produced no opposition and the commission voted unanimously to forward the recommendation to the Common Council.

The Chippewa Falls Plan Commission voted Feb. 10 to recommend approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Aspirus Health to build a community hospital on the north side of Chippewa Crossing Boulevard (Lot 1 of CSM #6053), a 22.1-acre parcel zoned P-1 Public and Institution.
