Emergency management advances wildfire plan, recalls quick response to Phelps apartment fire

Emergency Management Director Sherri Congleton reported work on a Community Wildfire Protection Plan with local fire chiefs and the Emergency Services Association, coordination with ambulance services, and recounted a Dec. 17 apartment fire in Phelps where multiple departments and the Red Cross assisted residents.
