Fiscal Court approves EMS contract change order and notes ongoing building issues
The court authorized Judge/Executive Christopher T. Elleman to sign Change Order No. 006 with Brandstetter Carroll Inc. and Omni Commercial LLC to return DPO sales tax savings and contingency funds to the county; the meeting also recorded unresolved electrical, HVAC, lighting and plumbing issues in the new EMS building.
