The Garrard County Fiscal Court on Sept. 30 approved several administrative and policy measures, including a second-reading amendment to bring the county Building Code Ordinance under KRC 2018, authorization of a road-repair contract with Crawford Asphalt and acceptance of a budget amendment that had no changes from the Department for Local Government.
