The Garrard County Fiscal Court voted Aug. 12 to authorize an application for HUD Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $735,000 to support "GCSD Phase II – Paint Lick Sewer Project." Judge/Executive Chris Elleman was authorized to sign all documents necessary to seek the federal funds.
