Lyon County Commission authorizes tax-lien foreclosures and approves municipal solid-waste contract amendment
On Sept. 5 the Lyon County Commission unanimously adopted Resolution 15-24 to authorize foreclosure of tax liens and sale of real property to collect delinquent taxes, and approved a fourth modification to the county’s municipal solid waste transport and disposal agreement with N.R. Hamm Quarry and the City of Emporia.
