Albany County adopts wide-ranging platting and subdivision code changes
The Board approved multi-chapter amendments to the Albany County Platting and Subdivision Resolution, adding notice provisions, hazardous‑area mapping, updated road standards, revised financial assurance language and other organizational edits to align with Wyoming statutes.

On April 7 the Albany County Board of County Commissioners approved general amendments to the Albany County Platting and Subdivision Resolution. The motion, made by Commissioner Gosar, carried unanimously by roll call (Gosar, Hoff and Jones Aye).
