Planning commission approves River Gorge Ranch Phase 2 variances and plats
The Marion County Regional Planning Commission unanimously approved four variances and both the preliminary and final plats for River Gorge Ranch Phase 2, covering lots 2395–2418, 2468–2482 and 2613–2624; variances addressed two road-tangent shortfalls and two depth-to-width exceptions.
