Developer will add trees, consider shrubs after neighbors raise screening concerns

A Piney Hill Road resident complaint prompted Lakeside representative James Cook to propose moving planned trees closer to neighbors and to consider shrubbery and native grasses; the council authorized the developer to proceed with the revised planting plan.
