The board voted unanimously to approve the 31aa Resolution D described in the agenda. Christopher Lewis offered the preamble and resolution and Deborah Wolf supported the motion. Amanda Hathaway Frattarelli conducted the roll-call vote; the board recorded a 7-0 approval and the minutes state a signed copy of the resolution is attached.
