Board closes Riverview Phase II; engineer confirms NPDES responsibilities remain with developer
The board approved reducing the Riverview Phase II letter of credit to $0 and closing the phase; HOA leadership asked whether that release affects the developer's NPDES obligations and Township Engineer Michael Swartz confirmed those permit obligations remain in force and are governed by the NCCD and DEP.

The Forks Township Board of Supervisors approved a motion Oct. 1 to reduce the letter of credit for Riverview Phase II to $0.00 and to close that phase of the project. John O’Neil moved the action and the motion carried by roll call vote.
