Tri-County Trail Commission approves utility permit application from Wisconsin Power & Light Co.

The Tri-County Trail Commission on Nov. 21 voted to approve a utility-permit application submitted by Wisconsin Power & Light Co. and to forward the application to the Pecatonica Rail Transit Commission for final consideration. The motion was made by William Burchard and seconded by Jeff Berget and carried by voice vote.
