On unanimous roll call the board approved routine agenda items. Motion of Mr. Shoffner with second by Mr. Old passed by voice/roll call to approve the February 25, 2026 meeting minutes and adopt multiple resolutions declaring certain equipment surplus, authorizing supplemental appropriations and interfund transfers, and approving service agreements and lease arrangements recorded on the agenda.
