Colbert County reallocates ARPA funds to Spring Creek EMA facility and commits general-fund support to Sheffield RiverLine kayak launch
The commission approved allocating an additional $117,000 of ARPA revenue replacement funds to the Spring Creek Emergency Services Access facility and agreed to free General Fund dollars to provide the City of Sheffield $57,000 toward a RiverLine kayak launch after determining direct ARPA use for the kayak project was constrained by timing rules.
