Councilman Blackmore introduced Ordinance No. 14 to amend Chapter 7 (Vehicles and Traffic), Section 7-21 “Multiway Stop Intersections,” to add Elm Avenue & Albert Avenue and Carew Avenue & Center Avenue. The ordinance passed introduction on a roll-call vote and is set for second reading and public hearing on Sept. 14, 2026.
