At its Sept. 8, 2026 special meeting, the Elk Run Heights City Council voted 5-0 to authorize the engineer to move forward with next steps for a potential High Street development and to approve payment of the associated invoice. The motion to proceed was recorded as Sallis/Rodden and carried by roll call (Ayes-5).
