RDC previews next meeting applications, considers attorney input on TIF use
The RDC noted a new facade application from Patty Gatlin for its October 8 meeting and discussed whether to invite the attorney to clarify allowable uses of TIF funds and to review outstanding, inactive approvals. Staff will prepare a list of pending items and bring suggested edits back to the commission.

Staff told the RDC that another facade application from Patty Gatlin has been submitted and is on track for the commission's October 8 meeting. Members discussed whether that application pertains to the Room Commercial Building or Fox Bend Building and asked staff to check which property the application covers before the next packet.
