The Rochelle Independent School District Board of Trustees voted Sept. 9, 2026 to select Owner Building Resource, P.E. as the program manager for HVAC and other work tied to the district's 2024 bond construction projects. Vice President Jeremy Brown moved the selection; Tiffany Shadd seconded and the motion carried 7-0.
