The Manor City Council convened into executive session at 9:28 p.m. on Aug. 19 to consult with legal counsel on multiple matters, including the Hibbs Lane parcel and deliberation over retaining condemnation legal counsel. After returning to open session at 10:30 p.m., the council voted to authorize the City Manager to retain the legal counsel discussed in executive session for the Hibbs Lane parcel.
