The Manor City Council unanimously approved a first amendment to the development agreement establishing standards for Kimbro Crossing (NWC Hwy 290 and Old Kimbro Road) on July 15. Development Services Director Michael Burrell presented the amendment; Pat Sauer of IDCAP Manor, LLC filed a speaker card in support but did not speak during the meeting.
