The Highland Village Board voted unanimously on Jan. 8 to adopt Resolution 2025-1, terminating Tax Incremental District (TID) No. 2. The roll-call vote recorded Aye votes from Nicole Welsh, Tom Cody, Jim Munz, Michelle Esser, Dennis Richgels and Village President George Breiwa.
