The Tipton County Legislative Body considered a resolution to rezone approximately 2.54 acres (Map #52, Parcel #80.03) from R-1 to FAR ownership by James Dacus. Commissioner Richard Kelley moved the resolution and Commissioner Michelle Smith seconded. The measure was put to a roll call vote and failed with tally recorded as 1 yes, 15 no and 2 abstentions.
