After entering closed session under Wisconsin statute to discuss property purchase, the Lake Ripley Management District Board authorized offers on two parcels, permitted moving restricted funds, and authorized securing additional funds if needed. The vote was unanimous on return to open session.

The Lake Ripley Management District Board entered Closed Session at 9:28 AM under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) to deliberate the purchase of public property and the investing of public funds, then returned to Open Session at 9:58 AM and took action on the matter. Meg Turville-Heitz moved to authorize offers on two parcels and to permit the district to move restricted funds and secure additional funding as necessary; Steve Bieschke seconded and the motion passed with "all ayes."
