Parmer County approves mutual aid agreement with Bailey County
The Commissioners Court approved a Mutual Aid Agreement with Bailey County after the sheriff reported Bailey County Commissioners' approval and Parmer County Attorney Jeff Actkinson's review; the agreement was approved on a motion by Commissioner Frye.

Parmer County Sheriff Erick Geske presented a Mutual Aid Agreement with Bailey County for the court's consideration at the Sept. 22 meeting, stating that Bailey County Commissioners had already approved the document. The sheriff also noted that Parmer County Attorney Jeff Actkinson had reviewed the agreement. On a motion by Commissioner Kirk Frye with a second from Commissioner Casey Russell, the court approved the agreement.
