Dan Deters, a consultant with Emergency Alliance Incorporated, told Butler Township trustees the board’s plan to seek a new residential solid-waste and recycling vendor hinges on a short timetable. "At this point, the timetable we're looking at is end of October," Deters said, adding, "We would like to publish it on the November 4."
