The Planning Commission reviewed a revised Toth Subdivision plan and discussed a requested modification to allow an existing barn within the proposed 50-foot private street setback. Planning Commission members recommended approval of the modification contingent on proper form submission and the $40 application fee; the Board of Supervisors later approved the modification and then approved the Toth Subdivision plan as presented.
