The commission approved an exception to the height rules under 17.21(2)(e) for an accessory building at N86W28525 Scott Lane, allowing a 23‑foot peak height, subject to submittal of building plans and issuance of a building permit.

Keven Jubeck requested an exception to the height regulations for an accessory structure at N86W28525 Scott Lane. Planner Marilyn Haroldson told the commission the proposed structure meets required offsets and that the height to the peak is 23 feet; she indicated the proposal otherwise meets the requirements to build an accessory structure.
