Committee recesses hearing to Nov. 2; developers to supply follow-up technical reports
After several hours of testimony and public comment, the Wind & Solar Committee recessed the hearing to Monday, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. and asked the petitioner to supply additional documents (final stormwater report for county engineer, traffic plan, updated decommissioning estimate) before the next session.

Following extended testimony from the developer, engineers and many local residents, the committee paused its formal deliberation to allow time for additional technical reviews. The chair called a motion to recess; the motion was moved by committee member Mike Buzzard, seconded and carried with an "Aye" vote.
