Director of Operations Ron Hitch told the Cold Spring City Council at its April 13 caucus meeting that the city’s comprehensive-plan project is now in its early information‑gathering stage. "The project is currently in the initial phase of information gathering and preparation for forming a steering committee," he said, and staff anticipates the next phase to begin in June.
