Recreation Supervisor Tee Taylor told the Dougherty County Commission the county’s Juneteenth celebration will be held June 20 at the Albany Civic Center from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., and that school‑aged children (17 and under) will be eligible for a free meal. Procurement Assistant Yazmine Frazier and staff outlined expanded programming intended to provide more exposure for participants.
