Ben Steets of Grau & Associates presented the audited financial report for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025 and told the Board there were "no findings, recommendations, deficiencies on internal control or instances of non‑compliance; it was a clean audit." The Board adopted Resolution 2026‑05 accepting the audited financial report on a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Mountford, recorded as "with all in favor."
