The Capital Improvement Board approved a contract award for replacement of Victory Field's pneumatic temperature control system after staff presented a single responsive bid. Staff said the base bid was $849,000 with alternates accepted for a grand total of $872,200 and recommended awarding the contract to Open Control Systems. "We recommend awarding the contract to Open Control Systems in the amount of $872,200," Andy told the board.
