Spearman ISD trustees met in a special session Sept. 29, 2026, at the high school library for a Region 16-led governance training and a subsequent review of board procedures. Dustin Mackie, president of the Board of Trustees, called the session to order at 6:00 p.m., and a full quorum of seven trustees was present. Superintendent LeeAnn McGraw and Region 16 representative Stephanie Behrens attended.
