Bids for the Huron Basin Sludge Digester cleanout opened Oct. 16, 2025 and were presented to the Board. The low bid came from Patrick A. Thomas Mobile Solid Solutions at $201,000; other bids were Agri-Sludge Inc. at $207,700 and Midwest Compost, Inc. at $285,000. The minutes list an engineer's estimate of $220,000.
