Commissioners hold first reading on 'live‑work' text amendment that would require 50% commercial space

Planning & Zoning Director Stephanie Leaf presented three draft options for TA‑26‑4, a county‑initiated text amendment to add a "live‑work" special use in certain commercial zoning districts.
