At its Aug. 27 meeting, the Mauston Plan Commission took the following actions: it approved the July 30, 2026 minutes (motion by Alysha Basel, seconded by Mark Messer); it recommended City Council approval of Resolution 2026-P-06 to reduce a front-yard setback for a new home (motion by Phil Harrison, seconded by Alysha Basel); and it recommended City Council approval of Resolution 2026-P-07 to reduce required roof pitch and eave width for a manufactured home (motion by Brandy Ellsworth, seconded by Alysha Basel). The meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. on a motion by Phil Harrison, seconded by Mark Messer.
