Court approves multiple fiber and waterline installations across Rusk County precincts
The Commissioners Court approved several right-of-way permits Oct. 20 for Charter-Spectrum and Spectrum Gulf Coast LLC to install underground conduits and fiber-optic cable in Precincts 1, 2 and 4 and approved a waterline bore in Precinct 4 for Good Spring WSC.

Rusk County commissioners on Oct. 20 approved multiple utility and pipeline installations across precincts. In Precinct 1, Charter-Spectrum proposed installing approximately 1,615 feet of underground conduit and fiber with six vaults and three pedestals along County Roads 177D and 178; the court approved that request.
