The Rusk County Commissioners Court approved the Rivas Subdivision in Precinct 2 at the Oct. 20 meeting. Commissioner Robert Kuykendall moved for approval and Commissioner Randy Gaut seconded; the court recorded the approval and noted an enclosure in the minutes.
