During the Citizens to Address the Board portion of the Feb. 17 meeting, Paul Bardenhauer of 1020 N. Rock Hill Rd. thanked the board for addressing the CVS fence and told aldermen he is concerned about “significant code violations” at 1012 and 1014 N. Rock Hill Rd. He also raised a nuisance complaint about light pollution coming from Farotto’s.
