Cold Spring City Council adopted Ordinance 25-1105 on Oct. 27, a second-reading amendment to the City Code regulating peddlers, itinerant merchants and solicitors. Council member Lisa Cavanaugh moved for adoption and Cindy Moore seconded; the roll-call vote was recorded as 5 yes, 0 no and the motion passed.
