The Colorado City Code and Architectural Advisory Committee (CCAAC) reviewed a new manufactured-home application for 4920 Becker Rd and raised an issue that the elevation was not included on the plot map; the board voted to table the item pending receipt of county plot and foundation plans. The CCAAC reported five first-letter complaints issued and one new letter since the prior meeting, totaling 49 confirmed complaints (24 resolved, 12 certified to the county treasurer, 13 on hold).
