Barbara Brannon presented a proposed list of members for the Dickens County Historical Commission. Commissioner Mike Smith moved to approve the list; Commissioner Greg Arnold seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. "Mike Smith made the motion to approve the list of Dickens County Historical Commission Members as presented by Barbara Brannon. Greg Arnold second the motion. Motion passed unanimously."
